Texture surface HDPE sheet application areas

Multilayer coloured High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Sheets from Libin New Material are available in a wide spectrum of bright contrasting colours, making it the perfect choice in environments where strong impact colours are a prerequisite. Since the colours are embedded within the sheet and not just a surface finish, it never requires painting, nor will it rot or rust.

In applications such as playground and amusement arcade equipment the rigours and abuse that children inflict require materials that last much longer than alternatives such as metal or timber.

The HDPE boards are manufactured with UV stabilisers making them resistant to fading and outdoor elements. The textured surface is the perfect one to minimise the risk of scratches.

Utilising our CNC routing facilities we can engrave (machine) logos, locker numbers, messages, and customise designs for museums, parks, swimming pools, amusement parks, schools and many other venues.

The sheets are generally available in 12 or 19 mm thicknesses, 2440 x 1220 sheet size.
