1. First clean the polyethylene carriage slide board completely with a water gun, and weld and repair the incomplete and damaged parts to make them smooth.  

  2.  After it is completely dry, apply the melted asphalt evenly on the skateboard of the polyethylene carriage. The low-lying parts can be applied several times for leveling. This step is very important to effectively prevent the corrosion of the steel plate of the carriage. After cooling, the next process can be carried out.

 3. To install the PE truck liner , generally speaking, it is necessary to choose the installation work when the temperature is high at noon.  4. The thickness of the steel plate in the liner is 3-6mm, which can be installed directly with self-tapping wire (also called dovetail wire). If the steel plate is too thick, the penetration method can be used, that is, the drill bit is used to penetrate the steel plate and the sliding plate of the carriage is fastened with countersunk bolts.     

 5. Bolt density: The bolts around the slide plate and the joints should be correspondingly dense, and the middle part of the slide plate can appropriately reduce the bolt density.     

After installing the PE truck liner , it can effectively prevent the soil with high water content from sticking to the carriage, and significantly improve the unloading efficiency.
