Product Description

Uhmwpe Sheet Compression Molding Process

* Mold Preparation: The mold is designed to the desired shape and size of the UHMWPE sheet.
* Powder Filling: UHMWPE powder is carefully loaded into the mold cavity.
* Compression: The mold is placed in a compression molding press, where high pressure is applied.
* Heating: The mold is heated to a specific temperature to facilitate the fusion of the UHMWPE particles.
* Dwelling: The material is held under pressure and temperature for a specific duration to ensure complete consolidation.
* Cooling: The mold is cooled, allowing the UHMWPE sheet to solidify and retain its shape.
* Demolding: The finished UHMWPE sheet is removed from the mold.
